ol.sc d1f5b74f01 Now that we reduce the size of the RAM memory area by the stacksize in the linker configuration we need to add the stacksize to end of the RAM area when setting the initial stack pointer in the startup code.

Implementation notes:

CONDES routines with a type code of 2 are used to implement interrupt
handlers. Note that these are called as soon as the program is started,
so they have to cope with this.
