LValue handling reimplemented (lvalue no longer exist in parser - only expression). RValues now also contains pointer derefs. Complex array expressions (SCREEN+$100)[i] now possible as LValues. ASM fragment generation improved to handle new more complex LValues & RValues. Closes #5. Closes #43
