[llvm-bcanalyzer] Add -show-binary-blobs option.

Browse Source 
-dump mode normally omits blob data that contains unprintable characters.
When -show-binary-blobs is passed, it unilaterally escapes all blobs,
allowing those with binary data to be displayed.
