CMake: Introduce LLVM_CLANG_SOURCE_DIR, "tools/clang" by default. Clang will not be built if LLVM_CLANG_SOURCE_DIR="" or ${LLVM_CLANG_SOURCE_DIR}/CMakeLists.txt is not found.
