Remove MachineModuleInfo::UsedFunctions as it has no users.

It hasn't been used since r130964.

This also removes MachineModuleInfo::isUsedFunction and
MachineModuleInfo::AnalyzeModule, both of which were only
there to support UsedFunctions.
