Use the new architecture to get the containing machine basic block for a machine
instruction. Also, use "splice" to move the new instruction instead of remove/insert (where it was leaking memory anyway). git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@45492 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
