- First, there's a crash when we try to combine that pointers into `icmp`
directly by creating a `bitcast`, which is invalid if that two pointers are
from different address spaces.
- It's not always appropriate to cast one pointer to another if they are from
different address spaces as that is not no-op cast. Instead, we only combine
`icmp` from `ptrtoint` if that two pointers are of the same address space.

- Fix the case where more than 1 common instructions derived from the same
operand cannot be sunk. When a pair of value has more than 1 derived values
in both branches, only 1 derived value could be sunk.
- Replace BB1 -> (BB2, PN) map with joint value map, i.e.
map of (BB1, BB2) -> PN, which is more accurate to track common ops.

Commit on
- This patch fixes the bug described in
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvmdev/2013-May/062343.html
The fix allocates an extra slot just below the GPRs and stores the base pointer
there. This is done only for functions containing llvm.eh.sjlj.setjmp that also
need a base pointer. Because code containing llvm.eh.sjlj.setjmp saves all of
the callee-save GPRs in the prologue, the offset to the extra slot can be
computed before prologue generation runs.
Impact at run-time on affected functions is::
- One extra store in the prologue, The store saves the base pointer.
- One extra load after a llvm.eh.sjlj.setjmp. The load restores the base pointer.
Because the extra slot is just above a gap between frame-pointer-relative and
base-pointer-relative chunks of memory, there is no impact on other offset
calculations other than ensuring there is room for the extra slot.

- BB duplication may not be desired on targets where there is no or small
branch penalty and code duplication needs restrict control.

- The fix to PR17631 fixes part of the cases where 'vzeroupper' should
not be issued before 'call' insn. There're other cases where helper
calls will be inserted not limited to epilog. These helper calls do
not follow the standard calling convention and won't clobber any YMM
registers. (So far, all call conventions will clobber any or part of
YMM registers.)
This patch enhances the previous fix to cover more cases 'vzerosupper' should
not be inserted by checking if that function call won't clobber any YMM
registers and skipping it if so.

- Fix bug in (vsext (vzext x)) -> (vsext x) in SIGN_EXTEND_IN_REG
lowering where we need to check whether x is a vector type (in-reg
type) of i8, i16 or i32; otherwise, that optimization is not valid.

also consumed by other non-BLEND insns. If true, skip that simplification.

- Skip instructions added in prolog. For specific targets, prolog may
insert helper function calls (e.g. _chkstk will be called when
there're more than 4K bytes allocated on stack). However, these
helpers don't use/def YMM/XMM registers.

- Type of index used in extract_vector_elt or insert_vector_elt supposes
to be TLI.getVectorIdxTy() which is pointer type on most targets. It'd
better to truncate (or zero-extend in case it's changed later) it to
mask element type to guarantee they are matching instead of asserting
that.

- Lower signed division by constant powers-of-2 to target-independent
DAG operators instead of target-dependent ones to support them better
on targets where vector types are legal but shift operators on that
types are illegal. E.g., on AVX, PSRAW is only available on <8 x i16>
though <16 x i16> is a legal type.

- Revise previous patches of the same purpose by fixing
*) grep <PA> | not grep <PB> semantically is not the same as
CHECK: <PA>{{^<PB>.*$}} as the former will check all occurrences of <PA>
while the later only check the first match. As the result, CHECK needs
putting in all place where <PA> occurs.
*) grep <PA> | count <N> needs a final CHECK-NOT of the same pattern.
(As 'CHECK-<N>' is proposed for discussion, converting 'grep | count <N>'
where N > 1 is postponed.)

Pattern has source location by itself. After adding a trivial method to
retrieve it, it's unnecessary to pair a source location for CHECK-NOT patterns.
One thing revised after this is the diagnostic info is more accurate by
pointing to the start of the CHECK-NOT pattern instead of the end of the
CHECK-NOT pattern. E.g. diagnostic message previously looks like
<stdin>:1:1: error: CHECK-NOT: string occurred!
test
^
test.txt:1:16: note: CHECK-NOT: pattern specified here
CHECK-NOT: test

is changed to

As packed comparisons in AVX/SSE produce all 0s or all 1s in each SIMD lane,
vector select could be simplified to AND/OR or removed if one or both values
being selected is all 0s or all 1s.

This patch is revised based on patch from Victor Umansky
<victor.umansky@intel.com>. More cases are handled in X86's bool
simplification, i.e.
- SETCC_CARRY
- value is truncated to i1 with AND
As a by-product, PR5443 is also fixed.
git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@179265 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
- RDRAND always clears the destination value when a random value is not
available (i.e. CF == 0). This value is truncated or zero-extended as
the false boolean value to be returned. Boolean simplification needs
to skip this 'zext' or 'trunc' node.

To enable a load of a call address to be folded with that call, this
load is moved from outside of callseq into callseq. Such a moving
adds a non-glued node (that load) into a glued sequence. This non-glue
load is only removed when DAG selection folds them into a memory form
call instruction. When such instruction selection is disabled, it breaks
DAG schedule.
To prevent that, such moving is disabled when target favors register
indirect call.
Previous workaround disabling CALL32m/CALL64m insn selection is removed.

- It's still considered aligned when the specified alignment is larger
than the natural alignment;

- After moving logic recognizing vector shift with scalar amount from
DAG combining into DAG lowering, we declare to customize all vector
shifts even vector shift on AVX is legal. As a result, the cost model
needs special tuning to identify these legal cases.

- Phi nodes should be replaced/updated after lowering CMOV into branch
because 'mainMBB' updating operand in Phi node is changed.
- Add EFLAGS in livein before lowering the 2nd CMOV. It's necessary as
we will reuse the EFLAGS generated before the 1st lowered CMOV, which
won't clobber EFLAGS. However, we need explicitly specify that.
- '-attr=-cmov' test case are added.

- ISD::SHL/SRL/SRA must have either both scalar or both vector operands
but TLI.getShiftAmountTy() so far only return scalar type. As a
result, backend logic assuming that breaks.
