Currently, a load from an alloca that is used in as single block and is not preceded
by a store is replaced by undef. This is not always correct if the single block is
inside a loop.
Fix the logic so that:
1) If there are no stores in the block, replace the load with an undef, as before.
2) If there is a store (regardless of where it is in the block w.r.t the load), bail
out, and let the rest of mem2reg handle this alloca.

When X86FrameLowering::emitPrologue() looks for where to insert the %esp subtraction
to allocate stack space for local allocations, it assumes that any sequence of push
instructions that starts at function entry consists purely of spills of callee-save

This may be false, since from some point forward, the pushes may pushing arguments
to a subsequent function call.
This caused a miscompile that was exposed by r240257, and is not easily testable

Only consider an instruction a candidate for relaxation if the last operand of the
instruction is an expression. We previously checked whether any operand is an expression,
which is useless, since for all instructions concerned, the only operand that may be
affected by relaxation is the last one.
In addition, this removes the check for having RIP as an argument, since it was
plain wrong - even when one of the arguments is RIP, relaxation may still be needed.

Previously, subtarget features were a bitfield with the underlying type being uint64_t.
Since several targets (X86 and ARM, in particular) have hit or were very close to hitting this bound, switching the features to use a bitset.
No functional change.
The first several times this was committed (e.g. r229831, r233055), it caused several buildbot failures.

The semantics of the scalar FMA intrinsics are that the high vector elements are copied from the first source.
The existing pattern switches src1 and src2 around, to match the "213" order, which ends up tying the original src2 to the dest. Since the actual scalar fma3 instructions copy the high elements from the dest register, the wrong values are copied.
This modifies the pattern to leave src1 and src2 in their original order.

This changes the ABI used on 32-bit x86 for passing vector arguments.
Historically, clang passes the first 4 vector arguments in-register, and additional vector arguments on the stack, regardless of platform. That is different from the behavior of gcc, icc, and msvc, all of which pass only the first 3 arguments in-register.
The 3-register convention is documented, unofficially, in Agner's calling convention guide, and, officially, in the recently released version 1.0 of the i386 psABI.
Darwin is kept as is because the OS X ABI Function Call Guide explicitly documents the current (4-register) behavior.

Vector zext tends to get legalized into a vector anyext, represented as a vector shuffle with an undef vector + a bitcast, that gets ANDed with a mask that zeroes the undef elements.
Combine this into an explicit shuffle with a zero vector instead. This allows shuffle lowering to match it as a zext, instead of matching it as an anyext and emitting an explicit AND.

This gives a rough estimate of whether using pushes instead of movs is profitable, in terms of size.
We go over all calls in the MachineFunction and compute:
a) For each callsite that can not use pushes, the penalty of not having a reserved call frame.
b) For each callsite that can use pushes, the gain of actually replacing the movs with pushes (and the potential penalty of having to readjust the stack).

PEI tries to keep track of how much starting or ending a call sequence adjusts the stack pointer by, so that it can resolve frame-index references. Currently, it takes a very simplistic view of how SP adjustments are done - both FrameStartOpcode and FrameDestroyOpcode adjust it exactly by the amount written in its first argument.
This view is in fact incorrect for some targets (e.g. due to stack re-alignment, or because it may want to adjust the stack pointer in multiple steps). However, that doesn't cause breakage, because most targets (the only in-tree exception appears to be 32-bit ARM) rely on being able to simplify the call frame pseudo-instructions earlier, so this code is never hit.
Moving the computation into TargetInstrInfo allows targets to override the way the adjustment is computed if they need to have a non-zero SPAdj.
