Apply loop-rotate to several vectorizer tests.
...
Such loops shouldn't be vectorized due to the loops form.
After applying loop-rotate (+simplifycfg) the tests again start to check
what they are intended to check.

Rename getMaximumUnrollFactor -> getMaxInterleaveFactor; also rename option names controlling this variable.
...
"Unroll" is not the appropriate name for this variable. Clang already uses
the term "interleave" in pragmas and metadata for this.

[LV] Statistics numbers for LoopVectorize introduced: a number of analyzed loops & a number of vectorized loops.
...
Use -stats to see how many loops were analyzed for possible vectorization and how many of them were actually vectorized.
