the 3.6 branch date at any rate.

I am sure we will be finding bits and pieces of dead code for years to
come, but this is a good start.
Thanks to Lang Hames for making MCJIT a good replacement!

X86TargetMachine.cpp: Clarify to emit GOT in i686-{cygming|win32}-elf for mcjit.
...
I suppose all "lli -use-mcjit i686-*" should require GOT, (and to fail.)
