While theoratically required in pre-C++11 to avoid re-allocation upon call,
C++11 guarantees that c_str() returns a pointer to the internal array so
pre-calling c_str() is no longer required.

And expose it in Signals.h, allowing clients to call it directly,
possibly LLVMErrorHandler which currently calls RunInterruptHandlers
but not RunSignalHandlers, thus for example not printing the stack
backtrace on Unixish OSes. On Windows it does happen because
RunInterruptHandlers ends up calling the callbacks as well via
Cleanup(). This difference in behaviour and code structures in
*/Signals.inc should be patched in the future.

Move CallBacksToRun into the common Signals.cpp, create RunCallBacksToRun()
and use these in both Unix/Signals.inc and Windows/Signals.inc.
Lots of potential code to be merged here.

After r210687, windows_error does nothing but call mapWindowsError.
Other Windows/*.inc files directly call mapWindowsError. This patch
updates Path.inc and Process.inc to do the same.

APInt uses Knuth's D algorithm for long division. In rare cases the
implementation applied a transformation that was not needed.
Added unit tests for long division. KnuthDiv() procedure is fully covered.
There is a case in APInt::divide() that I believe is never used (marked with
a comment) as all users of divide() handle trivial cases earlier.

Now that SmallString is a first-class citizen, most SmallString::str()
calls are not required. This patch removes a whole bunch of them, yet
there are lots more.
There are two use cases where str() is really needed:
1) To use one of StringRef member functions which is not available in
SmallString.
2) To convert to std::string, as StringRef implicitly converts while
SmallString do not. We may wish to change this, but it may introduce
ambiguity.

As StringInit::get() accepts StringRef there is no need
to construct a std::string out of the StringRef input and
then construct a new StringRef from the std::string.

no testing of the actual read bytes and the variables could be partially

Fix http://llvm.org/PR21158 by adding a cast to unsigned long long,
so the comparison would be between two unsigned long longs instead
of bool and unsigned long long.

llvm::huge_valf is defined in a header file, so it is initialized
multiple times in every compiled unit upon program startup.
With non-VC compilers huge_valf is set to a HUGE_VALF which the
compiler can probably optimize out.
With VC numeric_limits<float>::infinity() does not return a number
but a runtime structure member which therotically may change
between calls so the compiler does not optimize out the
initialization and it happens many times. It can be easily seen by
placing a breakpoint on the initialization line.
This patch moves llvm::huge_valf initialization to a source file
instead of the header.

Various places in LLVM assume that container size and count are unsigned
and do not use the container size_type. Therefore they break compilation
(or possibly executation) for LP64 systems where size_t is 64 bit while
unsigned is still 32 bit.
If we'll ever that many items in the container size_type could be made
size_t for a specific containers after reviweing its other uses.

only 1/0 result like std::set. Some of the LLVM ADT already return unsigned
count(), while others still return bool count().
In continuation to r197879, this patch modifies DenseMap, DenseSet,
ScopedHashTable, ValueMap:: count() to return size_type instead of bool,
1 instead of true and 0 instead of false.
size_type is typedef-ed locally within each class to size_t.
