8a3eab9b20 Remove the local register allocator. 
Please use the fast allocator instead.

82b07dc499 Simplify the tracking of used physregs to a bulk bitor followed by a transitive 
closure after allocating all blocks.

Add a few more test cases for -regalloc=fast.

ba3598cb1f fix PR4767, a crash because fp stackifier visited blocks in 
depth first order, so it wouldn't process unreachable blocks.
When compiling at -O0, late dead block elimination isn't done
and the bad instructions got to isel.
