696f768daf Enable EH on PPC Darwin. This basically works; there 
are a couple of issues that show up with the optimizer,
but I don't think they're really EH problems.
(llvm-gcc testsuite users note:  By default the testsuite
uses the unwinding code that's built as part of your local
llvm-gcc, which does not work.  You need to trick it into
using the installed system unwinding code to get useful
results.)

b97aec663b Add parameter to getDwarfRegNum to permit targets

82482944ed TargetAsmInfo::getAddressSize() was incorrect for x86-64 and 64-bit targets 
other than PPC64. Instead of fixing it, just remove it and fix all the
places that use it to use TargetData::getPointerSize() instead, as there
aren't very many. Most of the references were in DwarfWriter.cpp.

b266ccd0f4 Modify emission of jump tables on darwin to emit an extra "l" label that 
delimits the boundaries of jump tables.  This lets the linker's dead code
stripping optimization do a better job.

eb9a42c90b Fix for PR1095: 
LLVM would miscompile ASM dialects when compiling for PPC. Added dialects for
the X86 and PPC backends. It defaults to "0", the first variant of a compound
inline asm expression.
