Argyrios Kyrtzidis 9a0b165cb5 Revert r78424. 
In order for the changes in r78424 to work properly, cast_retty<X,Y> should return an object instead of a reference, and it's not clear that this approach has real advantages.

Argyrios Kyrtzidis 8b6d86df06 Modifications to dyn_cast/cast to make them work for objects too, instead of only pointers. 
The use case is if you have a wrapper class:

class Base {
  void *Ptr;
public:
  Base() : Ptr(0) { }
  operator bool() const { return Ptr; }
.....
}

and sub-wrappers that have exactly the same size:

class Sub : public Base {
public:
....
static bool classof(const Base*);
}

and in the code you would do:

void f(Base b) {
  Sub sub = dyn_cast<Sub>(b);
  if (sub) {
    ....
  }
}

Argyrios Kyrtzidis a3437647dc Introduce DebugScope which gets embedded into the machine instructions' DebugLoc. 
DebugScope refers to a debug region, function or block.

Argyrios Kyrtzidis b3a847db0b Allow the JIT ExecutionEngine to report details about the generated machine code. 
Introduce a new class (MachineCodeInfo) that the JIT can fill in with details. Right now, just the address and the size of the machine code are reported.

Patch by Evan Phoenix!

-Have it return a label ID
-Remove the unused Instruction parameter

Argyrios Kyrtzidis f7acf8f288 Fix the source line debug information for the Windows platform. 
According to DWARF-2 specification, the line information is provided through an offset in the .debug_line section.
Replace the label reference that is used with a section offset.

Argyrios Kyrtzidis f1844d2f58 Fix the environment block that is passed to the CreateProcess function. 
This bug made llvm-ld unable to function with "-native" option, since the process that was used to call 'gcc' was crashing.
