Erick Tryzelaar b405bbe664 Replace ocamlc tests with ocamlopt tests since they're less noisy. 
There's a bug with ocamlc that uses "char*" instead of "const char*" for
global string variables. This causes g++ to be very noisy when linking
ocamlc programs. That's why the ocaml test used to cat to /dev/null.
ocamlopt doesn't have this problem, so we can get rid of the >/dev/null,
which may obscure some problems.

Erick Tryzelaar a8f0bc04d3 Fix gcc-4.4/fedora 11 by adding a sentinel value to SimpleValueType. 
gcc-4.4 was optimizing away comparisons against SimpleValueType when
it was compared to a value larger than the largest value in the enum.
This patch works around it by adding one extra item to the enum so
that these tests will now be valid.

Erick Tryzelaar a15d890c34 Modify APFloat to take a StringRef instead of a c string. 
This also adds unit tests to APFloat that mainly tests the
string handling of APFloat, but not much else of it's api.

Erick Tryzelaar 87a3b68bf7 Quote the ocaml executables 
realazthat in #llvm was having problems building llvm
because configure was finding an ocaml executable in
a directory with a space in it's name. This patch
puts quotes around the name so that llvm can build for
him.
