Chris Lattner e73a31f667 Stop building RTTI information for *most* llvm libraries. Notable 
missing ones are libsupport, libsystem and libvmcore.  libvmcore is
currently blocked on bugpoint, which uses EH.  Once it stops using
EH, we can switch it off.

This #if 0's out 3 unit tests, because gtest requires RTTI information.
Suggestions welcome on how to fix this.

Chris Lattner 6b37dcdedf use TOOL_NO_EXPORTS, this shrinks the llvm-as binary from 1825296 to 
1662184 bytes (~10%)

Reid Spencer 18c8b49e7d Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, 
BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate
these changes. This was done to speed up link times.
