8cf7713753 Extend X86's addFrameReference to add a MachineMemOperand for 
the frame reference. This will help post-RA scheduling determine
that spills to distinct stack slots are independent.

4c3a1d8d2b - Rename stackprotector_{prologue,epilogue} to stackprotector_{create,check}. 
- Get rid of "HasStackProtector" in MachineFrameInfo.
- Modify intrinsics to tell which are doing what with memory.

b2a4298ce4 Implement the stack protector stack accesses via intrinsics: 
- stackprotector_prologue creates a stack object and stores the guard there.

- stackprotector_epilogue reads the stack guard from the stack position created
  by stackprotector_prologue.

- The PrologEpilogInserter was changed to make sure that the stack guard is
  first on the stack frame.

1612faae3c move MachineFrameInfo::CreateFixedObject out of line, give MachineFrameInfo 
a reference to TargetFrameInfo.  Rearrange order of fields in StackObject to
save a word.

ae232e7a10 Add the necessary support to the ISel to allow targets to codegen the new 
alignment information appropriately.  Includes code for PowerPC to support
fixed-size allocas with alignment larger than the stack.  Support for
arbitrarily aligned dynamic allocas coming soon.
