CMake: Fixed cross-compiling.
`clean' makefile target removes add-hoc directory created for building
the native tablegen.

CMake: Support for cross-compiling. For now, requires a previously
built native tblgen which is passed to cmake in the variable
LLVM_TABLEGEN.
