Anton Korobeynikov ad9d21a952 Disable plugins / shared stuff generation on windows targets. 
This fixes fallout from recent PIC/delibtoolize changes and unbreaks
build on cygming.

Anton Korobeynikov b5bd026a75 Drop bunch of half-working stuff in the ext_weak linkage support. 
Now we're using one gross, but quite robust hack :) (previous ones
did not work, for example, when ext_weak symbol was used deep inside
constant expression in the initializer).

The proper fix of this problem will require some quite huge asmprinter
changes and that's why was postponed. This fixes PR3629 by the way :)

Anton Korobeynikov 72bb40229e Treat [1 x i8] zeroinitializer as a C string, placing such stuff into 
mergeable string section. I don't see any bad impact of such decision
(rather then placing it into mergeable const section, as it was before),
but at least Darwin linker won't complain anymore.

The problem in LLVM is that we don't have special type for string constants
(like gcc does). Even more, we have two separate types: ConstatArray for non-null
strings and ConstantAggregateZero for null stuff.... It's a bit weird :)

Anton Korobeynikov 36c826ad95 During bittest switch lowering emit shift in the test block, which should (theoretically) 
allow us to generate more efficient code. We don't do this now though :)

Anton Korobeynikov df75bbae94 Extend set of return registers on sparc until someone will implement MRV support there. At least, this will allow libgcc compile, however we are not ABI-compatible with stuff compiled with native gcc.

Anton Korobeynikov 90a7b88c5b SPU section handling is really huge mess. Replace remaining TAI calls for sections with explicit names in order not to block existing backends during section handling migration. SPU folks! Please consider using new section handling facility someday.

Anton Korobeynikov b84c1676f1 Reapply 55899: First draft of EH support on x86/64-linux 
Now with fix, which prevents subtle codegen bug to trigger on darwin.
No fix for bug though, it's still there.

Anton Korobeynikov 62990bafa3 Allow inline asm nodes with empty bodies inside JIT. 
This unbreaks explicit reg vars inside JIT, which are
implemented in such hacky way :)
