2aa831120c Add capability to insert an instruction into a basic block immediately after 
it is created, as part of the ctor call.

c105645c16 Create a static version of Instruction::getOpcodeName(opCode) that 
can be invoked with only an opcode (i.e., without an instruction).
Move all opCode->opCodeName translations there.

9a49b210c1 Swap operands now preserves the semantics of the binary operator by changing 
the opcode of the instruction if possible.

* Renamed getOpcode to getOpcodeName
* Changed getOpcodeName to return a const char * instead of string
