Move include/Config and include/Support into include/llvm/Config,
include/llvm/ADT and include/llvm/Support. From here on out, all LLVM
public header files must be under include/llvm/.

Changes to make the Stacker Stack use 64 bit values. This *should* get

around the problem with Stacker on Solaris because the Stack can handle
64-bit entries (pointer sized).
