ff340f98e3 R600: Move DataLayout to AMDGPUTargetMachine 
This is a follow up to r227113.

It is now required to use the amdgcn target for SI and newer GPUs.

a4cb89023d R600/SI: Enable inline assembly 
We just needed to remove the assertion in
AMDGPURegisterInfo::getFrameRegister(), which is called when
initializing the parser for inline assembly.
