Bill Wendling 1ea783f13a Added "DOUT" macro. This is used as a replacement for the std::cerr 
stream. It centralizes the use of std::cerr so that static c'tor/d'tors
aren't scattered around all over the place. The way to use it is like this:

       DOUT << "This is a status line: " << Var << "\n";

If "-debug" is specified, it will print. Otherwise, it'll not print. If
NDEBUG is defined, the DOUT does nothing.

Bill Wendling 01352aa187 Added a new method "CreateNewLiveInterval" which, given a list of 
LiveRanges, creates a new LiveInterval from them. The LiveRanges should
have existed already in another LiveInterval, but removed.

Bill Wendling 4e3be89cb5 Fix for PR960. Improves bugpoint so that it removes global variable 
initializers as well. This is only a first pass. It can be slow because
it clones the module for each pass. An obvious improvement is not to do that.

Bill Wendling c70ddad2b7 Partially in response to PR926: insert the newly created machine basic 
blocks into the basic block list when lowering the switch inst. into a
binary tree of if-then statements. This allows the "visitSwitchCase" func
to allow for fall-through behavior.

Bill Wendling f7da4e939f Fix for PR929. The PHI nodes were being gone through for each instruction 
in a successor block for every block...resulting in some O(N^k) algorithm
which wasn't very good for performance. Calculating this information up
front and keeping it in a map made it much faster.

Bill Wendling ca756d2cf9 "Once more into the breach, dear friends, once more, or fill the wall up 
with our English dead."

No! Really! Serious this time...It was how the vreg uses were being
adjusted that was causing hte Olden tests to fail. I corrected this and
the Olden and Regression tests all passed.

Bill Wendling c36f2a4cea PR878: Instead of calculating the vreg to PHI use count everytime we get 
a function, do it up front in linear time (going through all of the
instructions once). We create a map out of them. Then it's no problem to
use the information in it during elimination...
