Benjamin Kramer	00e08fcaa0	Canonicalize header guards into a common format. Add header guards to files that were missing guards. David Blaikie	891481f89d	Encapsulate the DWARF string pool in a separate type. Pulls out some more code from some of the rather monolithic DWARF classes.
