Stop emitting instructions with the name "tmp" they eat up memory and have to be uniqued, without any benefit.

If someone prefers %tmp42 to %42, run instnamer.

Change tests from "opt %s" to "opt < %s" so that opt doesn't see the

input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.

canonicalize inttoptr and ptrtoint instructions which cast pointers
...
to/from integer types that are not intptr_t to convert to intptr_t
then do an integer conversion to the dest type. This exposes the
cast to the optimizer.
