4c553e0367 Recommit r224935 with a fix for the ObjC++/AArch64 bug that that revision 
introduced.

A test case for the bug was already committed in r225385.

Patch by Rafael Espindola.

84acf09f32 Revert r224935 "Refactor duplicated code. No intended functionality change." 
This is affecting the behavior of some ObjC++ / AArch64 test cases on Darwin.
Reverting to get the bots green while I track down the source of the changed
behavior.

b510f8d08c Move getNonexecutableStackSection up to the base ELF class. 
The .note.GNU-stack section is not SystemZ/X86 specific.

00e08fcaa0 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

06957f43f6 Add a MCAsmInfoELF class and factor some code into it. 
We had a MCAsmInfoCOFF, but no common class for all the ELF MCAsmInfos before.

116bc795da MC/X86/COFF: Allow quotes in names when targeting MS/Windows, 
as MC is the only assembler we support.

This splits MS/Windows and GNU/Windows ASM infos into two seperate classes.
While there is currently only one difference, full MS C++ ABI support will
require many more.
