045c1d4e48 Keep this simple. Use DIType to get signness and size of a type. Based on size, select appropraite form.

c26f5447e3 Teach dwarf writer to handle complex address expression for .debug_loc entries. 
This fixes clang generated blocks' variables' debug info.
