Dmitri Gribenko	fbfb1b286f	Tests: rewrite 'opt ... %s' to 'opt ... < %s' so that opt does not emit a ModuleID ... This is done to avoid odd test failures, like the one fixed in r171243. Chris Lattner	8829cec25f	fix a SCCP miscompilation that could happen when a ... forced constant is changed to a constant, we would end up adding the instruction to the wrong worklist, preventing it from being properly revisited.
