a6245247e9 Add special case bitcode support for DebugLoc. This avoids 
having the bitcode writer materialize mdnodes for all the
debug location tuples when writing out the bc file and 
stores the information in a more compact form.  For example,
the -O0 -g bc file for combine.c in 176.gcc shrinks from
739392 to 512096 bytes.

This concludes my planned short-term debug info work.

f0356fe140 Kill ModuleProvider and ghost linkage by inverting the relationship between 
Modules and ModuleProviders. Because the "ModuleProvider" simply materializes
GlobalValues now, and doesn't provide modules, it's renamed to
"GVMaterializer". Code that used to need a ModuleProvider to materialize
Functions can now materialize the Functions directly. Functions no longer use a
magic linkage to record that they're materializable; they simply ask the
GVMaterializer.

Because the C ABI must never change, we can't remove LLVMModuleProviderRef or
the functions that refer to it. Instead, because Module now exposes the same
functionality ModuleProvider used to, we store a Module* in any
LLVMModuleProviderRef and translate in the wrapper methods.  The bindings to
other languages still use the ModuleProvider concept.  It would probably be
worth some time to update them to follow the C++ more closely, but I don't
intend to do it.

4bbf4ee149 Remove isPod() from DenseMapInfo, splitting it out to its own 
isPodLike type trait.  This is a generally useful type trait for
more than just DenseMap, and we really care about whether something
acts like a pod, not whether it really is a pod.

f9be95f867 add enough support for indirect branch for the feature test to pass 
(assembler,asmprinter, bc reader+writer) and document it.  Codegen
currently aborts on it.

f5a1edce23 fix some type confusion in ReadVBR64: "Piece" should be only 32 bits, 
not 64, because we read at most 32 bits at a time.  OTOH, "Result" must
be 64-bits and insertion into it must be 64-bit clean.  Thanks to Ivan
Sorokin for bringing this up.

8b477ed579 Add a pointer to the owning LLVMContext to Module. This requires threading LLVMContext through a lot 
of the bitcode reader and ASM parser APIs, as well as supporting it in all of the tools.

Patches for Clang and LLVM-GCC to follow.

f9a3ec86c1 Add two new record types to the blockinfo block: 
BLOCKNAME and SETRECORDNAME.  This allows a bitcode
file to be self describing with pretty names for 
records and blocks in addition to numbers.  This
enhances llvm-bcanalyzer to use this to print prettily.

962dde3cef Make a major API change to BitstreamReader: split all the reading 
state out of the BitstreamReader class into a BitstreamCursor class.
Doing this allows the client to have multiple cursors into the same
file, each with potentially different live block stacks and
abbreviation records.

dcd006bf7b add a new Blob encoding abbreviation for bitcode files that emits 
elements in a form that is efficient for the reader to just get a
pointer in memory and start reading.  APIs to do efficient reading
and writing are still todo.
