implementation.

Torok Edwin 6493798d83 install-sh chmods to 0755 by default, and this causes 'git diff' to show
that all the Makefiles changed mode.
Fix this by tellint install-sh to chmod
only to 0644, these are not executable files after all!

Torok Edwin 0debb15baf Remove the llvmprof.out from the test output, otherwise running
make check in a non-clean directory causes it to fail (for example when running
make check twice), since execution counts will differ.

Torok Edwin 969f28dfb6 Introduce a pointertracking pass.
For now this only computes the allocated size of the memory pointed to by a
pointer, and offset a pointer from allocated pointer.
The actual checkLimits part will come later, after another round of review.

Torok Edwin c23197a26f llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable.
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

Torok Edwin c25e7581b9 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE.

line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.

Torok Edwin 2efc73d5d0 For the new ar --plugin libLLVMgold.so to work we need libLTO linked with

LTO doesn't actually use pthreads, but ManagedStatic does.

Fix this by linking in LIBS (that contains pthreads) for LTO and gold.
For now this links in more libs than needed (libffi for example), we can figure
out later how to link in those libs per-tool later.

Path.cpp:59: warning: case label value exceeds maximum value for type

When magic[0] was 0xde, the switch has taken the default branch instead of case

Apparently this was the behaviour with older versions of gcc too, but not with g++.
Now g++-4.4 behaves as gcc, and ignores unsigned case values out of range signed
range.
