Introduce and use convenience methods for getting pointer types

where the element is of a basic builtin type. For example, to get
an i8* use getInt8PtrTy.

Introduce a pointertracking pass.
...
For now this only computes the allocated size of the memory pointed to by a
pointer, and offset a pointer from allocated pointer.
The actual checkLimits part will come later, after another round of review.
