Patrik Hagglund a5e855d859 Fix 'gcc -flto' builds for unittest binaries (undefined reference to ...

`typeinfo for llvm::cl::GenericOptionValue').

Remove an "anchor" method for an abstract class. (This does not
increase the number of vtables.)
