LLVM backend for 6502

The communication protocol is unstable on ARM when compiled with Clang, which is disrupting the self-hosting buildbots that are going to be added this week. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments.
