llvm-6502/lib/Target/ARM/ARMMCCodeEmitter.cpp
Jim Grosbach 08bd54987f Add custom encoder for the 's' bit denoting whether an ARM arithmetic

unnecessary special handling for the bit from the MCCodeEmitter.
