Zhou Sheng 0e2d3ac0f8 1. Make sure the use of ConstantInt::getZExtValue() for getting shift 
amount is safe.
2. Use new method on ConstantInt instead of (? :) operator.
3. Use new method uge() on ConstantInt to simplify codes.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
