Summary: Extract method haveNoCommonBitsSet so that we don't have to duplicate this logic in InstCombine and SeparateConstOffsetFromGEP. This patch also makes SeparateConstOffsetFromGEP more precise by passing DominatorTree to computeKnownBits.
