LLVM backend for 6502

When we hoist two loads above an if, we can preserve the nonnull metadata. We could also do the same for sinking them, but we appear to not handle metadata at all in that case. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments.
