Nick Lewycky 20aded5912 A call to a function marked 'noinline' is not an inline candidate. The sole

call site of an intrinsic is also not an inline candidate. While here, make it
more obvious that this code ignores all intrinsics. Noticed by inspection!

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
