Ulrich Weigand 278916500a [PowerPC] Support extended sc mnemonic ...

A plain "sc" without argument is supposed to be treated like "sc 0"
by the assembler.  This patch adds a corresponding alias.

Problem reported by Joerg Sonnenberger.
