Jakob Stoklund Olesen 2cd455f363 Remove dead code. ...

Functions containing indirectbr are marked NeverInline by analyzeBasicBlock(),
so there is no point in giving indirectbr special treatment in
CountCodeReductionForConstant. It is never called.

No functional change intended.
