David Majnemer 3b7e6d27d2 ValueTracking: Don't recurse too deeply in computeKnownBitsFromAssume ...

Respect the MaxDepth recursion limit, doing otherwise will trigger an
assert in computeKnownBits.

This fixes PR21891.
