Jim Grosbach 3e333637f1 Thumb1 had two patterns for the same load-from-constant-pool instruction. 
Canonicalize on tLDRpci and remove tLDRcp.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
