Benjamin Kramer 3e7735fe1c APFloat::roundToIntegral: Special values don't keep the exponent value up to date, don't rely on it.

Add a couple of unit tests for special floats. Fixes 13929, found by MemorySanitizer.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
