Jordan Rose 3e7f1a9901 Autoconf: The Clang ARC migrator now depends on the static analyzer.

I don't actually have a version of autoconf so I edited configure directly
as well. It's copy-pasted so I think there was little margin for error.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
