Bill Wendling 41ea7e7eb3 - Make lowering of "add with overflow" customizable by back-ends.

- Mark "add with overflow" as having a custom lowering for X86. Give it a null
  lowering representation for now.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
