Dan Gohman 37f3ee17d2 Move the GET_SIDE_EFFECT_INFO logic from isInstructionTriviallyDead ...

to Instruction::mayWriteToMemory, fixing a FIXME, and helping
various places that call mayWriteToMemory directly.
