Lang Hames 45b5f88938 Use vmov.f32 to materialize f32 consts on ARM. This relaxes constraints on

register allocation by allowing all 32 D-registers to be used. Patch by Cameron
Zwarich.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
