Chris Lattner 4a998b9ca8 Pull some code out into a helper function.
Effeciently codegen even splats in the range [-32,30].

This allows us to codegen <30,30,30,30> as:

        vspltisw v0, 15
        vadduwm v2, v0, v0

instead of as a cp load.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
