Benjamin Kramer 95a9d93772 Round 2 of dead private variable removal.
LLVM is now -Wunused-private-field clean except for
- lib/MC/MCDisassembler/Disassembler.h. Not sure why it keeps all those unaccessible fields.
- gtest.
