Jim Grosbach 5013f7469e Allow targets to optionally specify custom binary encoder functions for
operand values. This is useful for operands which require additional trickery
to encode into the instruction. For example, the ARM shifted immediate and
shifted register operands.

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
